CBD Living is a premium provider of THC-free CBD products offering wellness solutions through a wide range of categories including topicals, edibles, beverages, and pet products. As a rapidly expanding brand in a competitive, highly regulated space, the site required a comprehensive SEO overhaul. The aim was to future-proof their platform for organic growth, technical compliance, mobile readiness, and discoverability especially in light of restrictions faced by CBD brands in traditional advertising.
CBD Living was facing several critical issues that suppressed its organic potential. There were numerous 404 errors, duplicate content problems, and poor product page indexing due to weak canonical implementation. The site lacked structured internal linking, had outdated schema, and slow speed that hurt performance. Additionally, the absence of a mobile-first strategy, user-generated content (UGC) framework, and GA e-commerce tracking limited both visibility and analytics.
We executed a full-spectrum SEO project, beginning with the setup of Webmaster Tools and creation of an actionable SEO dashboard to monitor live performance. A deep keyword and competitive research phase informed content re-optimization across all static and product pages. Our team resolved hundreds of 404 errors, fixed duplicate title and meta tags, and created sitewide content blocks tailored for CBD-related search terms.
Technical enhancements included schema markup deployment, breadcrumb implementation, structured sitemap optimization, and H1 hierarchy fixes. We also addressed major structural issues: canonical tags were corrected, duplicate product pages were consolidated, and an improved internal linking strategy was launched to improve crawl depth.
The site was further optimized for speed and mobile-first indexing. We implemented WebP image formats, deployed CDN for caching, and introduced a PWA (Progressive Web App) strategy to boost load speed and accessibility. A domain migration to www was completed to consolidate authority.
To boost authority and trust signals, we enabled Yotpo for UGC, improved product page content, and launched a targeted link-building campaign. GA’s enhanced e-commerce tracking was configured for full performance reporting.
The campaign delivered a measurable ROI uplift, primarily through increased product sales and organic brand visibility.
